You can select a doctor based on speciality, or even the language they speak. Most of our doctors are from Kerala and they speak Malayalam and English. Right now we have 17 specialty departments and all the doctors are experienced in their specialty. Just look for the search icon in the website or app to search for your friendly doctor on Dofody.
You can visit the doctors page and read everything about the doctor. In order to proceed to booking the consultation, you first need to Login with a Dofody account. If you don’t have an account, you can create it on the same page. Make sure that the email address and phone number you provide are correct. After Login, you can add the consultation to your cart and then proceed to checkout just like any other online shopping website or app. When you complete the payment, your consultation is confirmed.
After completing the payment, your consultation needs to be accepted by the doctor. Our customer support assistant will contact you on phone or WhatsApp to collect more details and to schedule the consultation. Your doctor will call at the time scheduled which is convenient for you as well as for the doctor.
For urgent or emergency medical needs, please visit your nearest hospital. Dofody consultations are not for emergencies and are scheduled when the doctor is available.
You can use various payment options like Internet Banking, Debit/Credit card, Wallet, UPI, etc on Dofody. All online payments are 100% secure and encrypted. If you have any trouble completing payments, just reach out to our customer support team and they will be glad to help you out.
For a single one time doctor consultation, the call will be at least 15 minutes in duration. Most of the time, chances of the duration to exceed 15 minutes is there and sometimes can go up to 30 minutes. It is the consulting doctors decision to extend the call duration. For our packages and coaching programs, call durations are usually longer than 30 minutes in one call and can sometimes last for one whole hour per call.
Our doctors will be calling through phone or Google Meet or sometimes through WhatsApp. If you have completed payment for a consultation, be assured that our doctor will reach you wherever in the World you. Our customer support officer will assist you for the best possible communication with the doctor. are!
You can reach out to our support team to cancel the consultation. You will receive refund according to our refund terms mentioned in this page. We do not offer refunds after the doctor has completed the consultation.
No, your Doctor’s number will not be displayed on your phone as they will be contacting you through the app or website. Only the Doctors name will be visible on your screen. Our current privacy policies do not allow us to share Dofody doctor’s personal phone number with our customers.
The doctor might had some other emergency. Usually if the doctor had agreed a time to call on the same day of booking, our doctors are trained to do so. In case this doesn’t happen, there is always an option to reschedule the consultation. If that doesn’t work for you, we can cancel the consultation and give you a full refund.
You will receive a prescription only if the doctor thinks he can treat your condition satisfactorily with a medical prescription. In other cases, you can ask any number of questions regarding your health concern to your doctor and get his expert medical advice. For medicine refills, and for long-standing chronic diseases getting a medical prescription from your doctor would be easy.
You can always drop us a mail or contact our customer support. Someone from our team will get in touch with you at the earliest. We will inform the doctor about your concern and then proceed according to the doctor’s instruction. Most of the time, doctor will try to answer your concern. In some cases, he might ask to book another consultation or related service.
Yes, you can select a time that suits you best, up to 7 days from the date of booking your consultation. The appointment will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for both you and the doctor or provider.
Each Consultation requests need to be paid individually.
Yes, you can make consultation requests for your relatives.

Yes, an Internet connection is mandatory and must be ensured by the patient for consulting a Doctor via Dofody.
