Freelance Clinical Coordinator
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Kerala/India) Availability: Intermittent, On-Call (Primarily Evening Shift Support) Compensation: Competitive Monthly Retainer + Performance Commission
Why This Role is Different
- Ultimate Flexibility: This is an intermittent work role. You are not required to stare at a screen for 12 hours. You must be available during your set window to process urgent patient requests (usually bursts of 10-20 minutes).

- Purpose-Driven: You will be helping patients get fast, safe access to medical advice.
What You Will Be Responsible For
This is the entire scope of the project. We are looking for someone to own this process:

| Prescription Workflow | Receive prescription details from doctors, create the professional PDF, coordinate digital signature (if required), and send the final PDF to the patient. | High Priority |
| Accountability Calls | Run 15-minute scheduled 'Welcome' and 'Graduation' calls for course students (as per Dofody scripts). | Scheduled task |
Requirements & Must-Haves
- Medical Credibility: Active Nursing (GNM/B.Sc) or Paramedical Certification.
- Fluency: Fluent in Malayalam (essential) and professional English.
- Tech Stack: Must be proficient in Google Meet (host controls), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic PDF creation/editing.
- Integrity: Must understand and adhere to strict patient confidentiality rules.
How to Apply
We use an automated system to ensure the process is fair and fast for everyone. Step 1: Complete the Screening Form Fill out the short form. This will confirm your basic qualifications and automatically send you the detailed Service Agreement.
Step 2: Review and Reply After submitting the form, check your email. You will receive the full, detailed Service Agreement (PDF). Please read it entirely. If you are comfortable with all the terms, reply to that email with the code word "COORDINATOR" to schedule your final 10-minute video interview.
