- Prescriptions will be sent directly to you via WhatsApp or email.
Accessing Previous Consultation Summaries
- All your previous consultation summaries are stored in a secure environment.
- For access, our Customer Support Officer is available to assist you during the transition.
- No need to worry—your data remains secure and accessible at any time.
Account and Password Reset
- You do not need to create a new account on the updated website.
- Action required: To access the new website, existing users will need to reset their password.
- A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Follow the instructions to update your password and log in to the new platform.
