  • You can continue booking consultations through the Dofody mobile app (Android & iOs)
  • Voice, video, and chat consultations are now handled outside the Dofody app.
    • Consultations will be conducted via phone calls, Google Meet, or Zoom.
  • Prescriptions will be sent directly to you via WhatsApp or email.

Accessing Previous Consultation Summaries

  • All your previous consultation summaries are stored in a secure environment.
  • For access, our Customer Support Officer is available to assist you during the transition.
  • No need to worry—your data remains secure and accessible at any time.

Account and Password Reset

  • You do not need to create a new account on the updated website.
  • Action required: To access the new website, existing users will need to reset their password.
    • A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
    • Follow the instructions to update your password and log in to the new platform.

Managing Uploaded Medical Records

  • All previously uploaded medical records and documents are safely stored on our secure servers.
