- Cancellations After Agreement on Time:
- If the service is canceled after the user and provider have agreed on a time, a partial refund will be issued. A 10% deduction will be applied to the service fees.

- UPI Payments:
- Payments made through Google Pay, PhonePe, and other UPI apps will be refunded to the user’s bank account. The user is required to provide their bank account details for processing refunds.
