1. Shipping Locations

Currently, Dofody only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping for physical products or supplements at this time.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Note: You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order is successfully placed, and another notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

3. Transit & Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, you can expect to receive your package within 6 to 9 days from the date of placing the order (Handling Time + Transit Time).
  • Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges or handling fees at checkout.

To ensure your health supplements and products reach you safely and on time, we have partnered with India’s most trusted logistics providers, including Amazon Shipping and Delhivery. Depending on your delivery pincode and the fastest available route, your package will be automatically assigned to one of these reliable courier services to guarantee a smooth and secure delivery experience.

6.How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can easily monitor its journey in real-time. Simply visit our dedicated tracking page. You will also receive your unique tracking ID and the name of the courier partner via email and WhatsApp the moment your package is shipped.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your delivery.

8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or logistical issues with our courier partners. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team.
