This Privacy Policy describes how Dofody collects and uses Personal Data about you through the use of our Website, mobile Dofody, and through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Dofody.

Dofody is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of Dofody constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures to make the terms of this policy binding.

This Privacy Policy explains how we gather personal information, classified as mandatory or optional as part of the normal operation of our services; and use, disclose and protect such information through the Site. 1. Permissions Required in App

1.1. If user has logged in on their mobile phone, they need to allow permissions for the device's camera, microphone and file storage for the consultations to happen. Dofody doesn't record user voice, video, location or any other such private data.

2. You provide us information about yourself – Your First name, Last Name, Mobile Number, e-mail address, Address etc. If you are a doctor, we may ask for your specialization and degree. If you correspond with us by e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mail messages, your e-mail address, and our responses. We also collect general information about your use of our services.

3. The information which you share therein are collected by us.

3. Information we collect automatically when you use our services:

1. When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

1.1. Usage Information: If you choose to post messages on our message boards, online/ offline chats or other message areas or leave feedback for other users, we retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities on the Website, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
